①薩摩和牛のステーキ 山椒と新生姜のソースがけ 万願寺唐辛子と昆布出汁ポテト添え
②本鮪の炙り 九条葱叩きソース エシャロットと赤紫蘇添え

シェフ富永自らがセレクトしたドリンクは、
良質な米の産地として知られる丹後地域にある酒蔵のオリジナル日本酒や

和食と相性の良いニューヨークワインを中心に幅広く取り揃えています。

Carefully selected seasonal ingredients such as Kyoto vegetables, Satsuma Black Wagyu, and seafood are indulgently utilized, condensing the flavors and skills of Kyoto, where the chef honed their craft as a culinary artist in both New York and Japan.

Our aim is to pursue an evolving original modern Japanese cuisine that embodies freedom, enjoyment, and style.

〜An Example of a Certain Day〜

① Satsuma Wagyu Steak with Sansho Pepper and Fresh Ginger Sauce, served with Manganji Temple Pepper and Kombu Broth Potatoes.
② Seared Hon-Maguro(Tuna) with Kujou Negi(Green Onion) Sauce, accompanied by Shallots and Red Shiso Leaves.
③ Fragrant Eel Sushi (Perilla Leaf, Sansho Pepper, Flower Sansho pepper).
④ 8-Inch Appetizer Platter:
・Kelp-Marinated Hamo Fish with Ume Plum and Wasabi Sauce.
・Fig and Taro Stem with Sesame and Almond Paste.
・Simmered Egg and Colored Sesame Seeds.
・Salt-Boiled Seasonal Edamame.
・Tempura of Sweet Corn.
・Deep-Fried Nagoya-Style Chicken Wingette with Yuzu Pepper.
⑤ Duck Meat Hamburg with Fried Kamo Eggplant and Grilled Mochi, with Starchy Sauce.
⑥ New York Cheesecake with Mango Sauce.

【Drinks】
The drinks, personally selected by Chef Tominaga, encompass a wide range, featuring original Japanese sake from sake breweries in the Tango region, renowned for its high-quality rice production, as well as a diverse collection of New York wines that harmonize beautifully with Japanese cuisine.
NISHIKI Market Tour​​ and Dinner​ Course
  • 16,500yen per person + 22,000yen per group(tax included)

Every morning, AnotherC purchases fresh fishes and harvested Kyoto vegetables at the Nishiki Market where is called “kitchen in Kyoto”. And the market is just a short walk from our restaurant.

Nishiki Market Tour & Dinner Course takes about 1 hour in the morning(A.M.10:30).
Our chef Dan Tominaga who knows the market well, guides in English.

He will introduce the characteristics of ingredients and cooking methods by using Kyoto vegetables and seasonal fish, pickles and dry foods etc.

Then, on the evening of the day, you can enjoy those fresh material as a special dinner.

If you order this course, please call our restaurant by the three day before.

※Tours are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
※The meeting place is Nishiki Tenmangu Shrine.

AnotherC Japanese Cuisine Joy Cooking Class

We warmly welcome you to AnotherC not only eating but also participate in our interactive cooking class.

Chef Dan Tominaga teach you how to cook traditional Japanese dishes, authentic materials and secret recipe friendly in English and Japanese.

We specialize in local Kyoto flavors which you will taste from our Dinner, or choose from the book which chef Dan published.

Then, you can enjoy those flesh dishes as memorable lunch in our restaurant or take that as a lunch box.

You can bring back to your home unforgettable experience and technique to cook Japanese cuisine.
